BUILDING MEN

The H.E.A.T. Squad Mentorship Group is a dynamic mentorship program designed to shape young men into leaders who rise above the pressures of today’s world. Created for middle and high school boys, this program provides a powerful blend of life coaching, social-emotional learning, character development, and gang-prevention education—all wrapped in a brotherhood built on respect, discipline, and growth.

Meeting twice a week in a structured, supportive environment, participants learn the skills they need to succeed in school, at home, and in the community. Through the evidence-based H.E.A.T. for Youth Curriculum, the group equips young men with tools for emotional regulation, decision-making, conflict resolution, financial responsibility, healthy relationships, and purpose-driven identity.

The H.E.A.T. Squad brings in positive male role models, community leaders, and professionals who inspire youth to dream bigger and work harder. Boys also gain access to mental health support, family engagement opportunities, and hands-on activities that reinforce discipline and teamwork.

Most importantly, the H.E.A.T. Squad builds a safe space where boys can be heard, challenged, and transformed. We believe every young man has greatness within him—our role is to guide, teach, and light the path toward it.
